Whenever conversation stops in an IRC channel, it is time to play IRC Golf. This is the least golf-like golf game you will ever play. The goal of the game is to reach a thousand points by rolling a 384-sided die. The number of divets on a standard golf ball is (or was) 384. The rules are so exhaustive and hard to comprehend that they come packaged in their own envelope. If you can read this description you have the equipment to play the game, although you may desire some software.
